Michael Naylor has served for over 40 years as a transformation consultant, guide, teacher, and facilitator focused on inspiring and assisting you in developing Presence–the ability to embody one’s heart, body, and quiet mind, and to fully engage what is real and true within you. He has studied a variety of paths all aimed at facets of this goal: Primal Therapy & Feeling Therapy, Chinese Goju Martial Arts, Zen Buddhism and Tibetan Buddhism, Essence Emerging (developing deep awareness in all three centers: body, heart and head centers), The Forum and Six Day trainings, Diamond Heart, Gurdjieff Work, Zen Writing Practice, Creative Dance, 12 Step Work, Transpersonal Breathe Work, Men’s Inner Work, The Hoffman Process, Illuman, and Enneagram Work. He is extensively trained as an Enneagram Teacher and is an Authorized, Certified, and Faculty member of the Enneagram Institute. He is an Accredited Professional International Enneagram Professional with Distinction and teaches in the USA and internationally. He is a Professional Co-Active Transformation Coach. His coaching is focused on awakening alignment with one’s deepest wishes and spiritual aspirations.

He is the Director of Maine Enneagram Center for Transformation and Change. He has a YouTube Channel hosting in-depth Enneagram type interviews called “Enneagram Maine Interviews Michael Naylor.” He has consulted and worked as an addiction therapist for 40 years and served as Clinical Supervisor at Serenity House, a drug rehab and long-term facility for men in Portland, Maine. He has been in recovery for 44 continuous years, using the toolbox of AA, the Enneagram, and spiritual practice via numerous spiritual mediums.

He lives with his lovely Type Two wife of 30 years, Donna. He is the father of Kaya, a quirky type Five, and Chloe, a robust type Nine, and their type Two dog, Pema, and type Eight cat, Bernie.
