Deep Listening

Try this practice. ❤️

Next time somebody is talking, drive your attention into the body. And listen to each word they are saying without trying to think of what you’re going to say next.

Even allow for a space of silence when they stop talking to begin speaking. Be aware of this space, this will allow them to feel heard, and for them to enter into presence.

In this space, both of you will heal.
